Megg Withinton is the Managing Partner of Intellective Group. Megg has 20 years of experience providing analysis and intelligence for a range of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies in financial services, technology, telecommunications, retail, automotive, and hospitality sectors. Megg is a statistician and a strategist, whose expertise is the development of data-driven market strategies. Her practical, measured, and objective approach sets the tone for the Intellective Group team. Megg has a Master’s degree in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri.
Kim Kelly is Vice President, Client Services at Intellective Group. Kim has provided research and analysis on the client and supply side for more than twenty years. She had led studies to help both B2B and B2C companies understand target audiences and inform strategic decisions. Kim’s commitment to excellent work and her attention to detail are the foundation of our client service approach. Kim holds an M.B.A. from Fontbonne University and a B.A. from St. Louis University.
Maddy Sheprow has a background in business strategy and planning/management and a mind for marketing. As a leader, she has managed initiatives in research/analysis; strategic planning; joint venture planning; and solution development. Her comfort spans the strategic to the tactical, leading or getting her hands in the mix to ensure the delivery of a quality product that targets the desired deadline and achieves the desired results. Marketing Operations efficiency and effectiveness are personal specialties that tap into her talents for both the rigors of planning and demand for creativity and innovation. She has the distinct ability to see opportunities from multiple angles, and to connect inputs from traditional and unexpected sources to create new, unique value. She has a natural curiosity and an aptitude for numbers and continuous learning and applies these strengths to business and marketing strategy. Her bias toward integration and engagement across the business makes the strategies and plans she leads much more relevant and impactful.
